Preheat oven according to pizza crust package.
Tear the prosciutto into tiny pieces and arrange to cover the surface of the crust. Slice brie thinly and layer atop the prosciutto. Tear a couple leaves of spinach/arugula and tuck in between the slices of brie. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
Pop in the oven and bake according to crust instructions (mine says 10 mins at 400°F).
Enjoy as is, or top with apple jam or balsamic glaze!
